The body

What is physical expression and what are the exercises related to physical expression?

Body and creative expression for children is categoried within the concept of play, create and discover with movement. One way to get to the imagination, spontaneity, creativity, sensitivity and the essence of the child, is respecting individual freedom of movement, so the child can find his/her own way. Children discover little by little, each time they use their creative skills. In turn, they communicate with their peers through their own movement language, sharing ways, feelings, and states. Horizontal and vertical movement motivates their corporal memory and spatial awareness: the three basic levels are achieved.
